Mirrors and framing will be cleaned and polished.
All stainless steel will be treated with approved stainless steel treatment.
Spot clean doors and kick plates to remove smudges or dirt.

The alarm will be set (if the bldg has one).
Janitorial closet will be in order and clean (This reflects how the cleaning crew cleans your place.).

All Hard surface floors will be buffed as part of this agreement
